Yep he’s Army. This is our second deployment as well. This one seems a little easier (even if it is a longer one – last one was 12 months), but I think that’s due to our son being older and pulling on me to go do things. Then there’s the fact that the forum opened up between deploments so I have this to help occupy my time and spend some of the extra money on. 😆 He’s going to give me “The Look” when he gets home because I’ve gotten at least 6 Windstones since he was home on leave in November (only one of those was a preapproved purchase, but he probably won’t remember that approval). Well, I thought about getting the white hatching pegasus, but he would be so lonely without his family, and since the white pegasai are retired, they tend to be too expensive. But I might decide to try to collect them once I have some funds to spend…I don’t know. It might be a while before I start to hunt them down due to lack of money. (I know I am probably preaching to the choir!) 😀

Awww! That’s sweet!! It is rare, but sometimes it can happen! I am really hoping that Melody will create more hoofers. I know she has/had been working on a “Grand Pegasus”, and I still wonder about it every day!

I keep hoping Melody will release the hoofers (including Ki-rin and Gothic) in more colors. There aren’t enough “quality” hoofer collectibles out there. I don’t mind there not being as many different sculpts as the dragons because then there are fewer pieces to collect.

I haven’t bought a single piece since joining the Forum. But before you congratulate me on my willpower….I HAVE NONE! The only reason I haven’t bought one is because I have no money. We spent 22K on our wedding in October, and I got fired 2 days before my wedding. I have been trying to get a job for 6 months. No Luck. And we are trying to get pregnant. Though I probably won’t be thinking about the Grand Pegasus again until after the move, at least by June. Even then they’ll need time to settle in before she begins work on a new sculpture. Well, not so new to her, but new for the line.

If she does release it as a production piece, LE or not, will she make him available in both the black and white eventually?

That bay Grand Unicorn hasn’t been auctioned yet? 😕 I can’t keep track of the special pieces anymore.

No he hasn’t. The only “special” production unicorns auctioned so far were the Pinto Baby Unicorn, Medicine Hat Young Unicorn and two Dark Ivory Gothic Unicorns.
