I would recommend against anything that allows the dragon to get steamed. It may have adverse effects with the paint/clearcoat.
Time will help, or if you want, seal him in a big freezer ziplock bag with a cup of activated carbon/charcoal (you can get it at fish supply places). It absorbs the odor and helps a lot. Make sure you rest him on his side, or some way that the felt pad is exposed to the air, as this retains the smell more than any part of him.
