Plain M&M’s are fine by me, but I have an obsession with eating so all the colors are represented in equal numbers, which means whatever there’s too much of at the beginning gets eaten more. Then, when I’m down to one of each color, I eat from least favorite (browns and warm colors) to most favorite (green). 😆

I do this too! And not just with M&M’s, with any kind of candy that comes in different colors.

When I get a bag of jelly bellies I have hours of entertainment along with having hours of snacking. Because they have to be sorted out and eaten correctly!

      (I am so OCD sometimes.)

I generally don’t sort by color, but I do like getting a bag each of plain and peanut, and eating two at a time – one of each, because I don’t think the peanut ones have enough chocolate! Interesting question… now I need some M&Ms!

I love P nut M&Ms and I eat them by the fistfull. 😆

I just eat ’em. I like the peanut butter ones, the plain ones, and ones with almonds the best. I usually w=eat fingerfulls at a time. If I’m not careful…..the bag will be gone in a matter of an hour…. 😯 I’m really good at restraining myself now! This reminds me of a question that I will post here in a sec….about Peanut butter pie!!

        Me too!

I like all types of M&Ms, though I don’t eat them very often because they’re a tad expensive and I’m kept in chocolate stock by Opa. My favorite are the crunchy ones with milk chocolate.

          I LOVES me some M&M’s!!
I’m too anal for my own good
          Open the bag
          divide by color
eat even numbers at a time according to color largest number first down to smallest number in the color code. I eat then even on the right and left side of my mouth so if I have 10 it has to be 5 on each side. If I have a odd number of a color I leave the single 1 and at the end I match them best I can to eat them at the same time down to 1 final M&M then break it in half and eat 1/2 on each side of my mouth. If I have an even number left then 1 each side

I have also played a game like pick up sticks. Put them all in a pile and take 2 at a time and eat them but you can not touch or move any other then the 2 you are after if you do they have to go back on the pile until they are all eaten

Right now my favorite M&M’s are the Mint Crisp ones they released at the same time Indy Jones was out in theaters. You green lovers would like those. They come in three shades – white, pale green and green!

When I eat “normal” M&M’s I’ll eat a few at a time and color usually doesn’t matter, though I have been known to do the sorting thing and eating all the extras first. 😆

One of my room mates at Uni could taste the color differences. Everyone thought it was some kind of joke, that who ever was handing them to her when her eyes were closed was giving her some sort of clue as to which color it was. but she did it while blindfolded and picking the m&m’s up randomly from the bowl and always got the color right after she tasted it 😯

OMG you’re like me! I’m not alone in Crazy Land – YAY!
No, actually, I do that with all candy. It’s a compulsion I’ve had for 20 years 😕 I’m quite sure I have mild OCD, when I step back and look at the things I do.

I prefer peanut M&Ms, then almond, then plain. I can live without peanut butter, dark, or crispy ones.

Aww… cherry and mint ones? Cruddy overseas AAFES… I’ve never seen either of those kinds. I love buying limited edition candy to try the new flavors.

This is my method too. I like the dark chocolate ones, or the ones with peanuts. Or the dark chocolate with almonds. Those are all good. 😀

I like them mixed in popcorn too. Yum! 😛

                      I like ’em all.

I dump them all out and separate into pairs by color. The colors of the local, city, state or regional, sports teams college and pro. Any leftovers get eaten first and then from my least favorite team with my favorite being eaten last.

They make mint M&Ms? I gotta try and find some.

I’m not much of a chocolate person (don’t hit me!) and I dislike most nuts so I don’t like most M&Ms, but I do love mint! Hmm…

I also really like the peanutbutter M&Ms from time to time. Cause they’re squishy.
