Agreed! If it was good news, I suspect we’d all be partying right now. I just hope it’s frustratingly ambiguous news, or still up in the air instead of bad news.

Saw that as well. At least we know she’s still alive–but that post of hers didn’t sound like the dragOn we know–something missing like it was so-so. Liked the eBay Cart items but I don’t know–wish she’d post something soon to let us know that she is all right! 🙄
Sorry guys! You won’t freaking believe this! They just did a MASS LAY OFF of 90% of our Human Resource people! I never got my meeting because the HR for our area never showed up. I had yesterday off and didn’t have much access to the net really, and then today I got this store memo saying that they did a mass lay off of all local store and district Human Resources agents and now we have to call into an automated service that isn’t going to be online for another 2 months if we have any “issues”. Until then we have to direct things to the REGIONAL office, which is in Atlanta and I’m sure their not going to give a rat f*ck about anything going on here. ARGH! I STILL have yet to meet this new Store manager either. She’s an elusive ninja with a schdule completely opposite of mine and when she IS here, she’s been on the floor running around with managers from other stores. 🙄 🙄 🙄 They do this every few years, just up and swap all the managers around for no good damn reason except to cause us all hell.
On a side note, I was just reading all the responce posts and I’m so heart warmed you guys are all so worried about me! I did sneak on a few times last nigt and manage to get a post or two up before my signal kept crashing out. Anything longer then a few sentances and I would loose service in the middle of the post being put up. ARGH! I wanted to throw my laptop out the window!
But seriously, you guys are great! I also had a HUGE HUGE HUGE thing that happened to me Monday night too so that also got me a little side tracked with posting an update. It’s a really long story that goes back since I was a little girl, but a HUGE gap in my life came to a close on Monday night which is a cause for great sorrow and also great joy at the same time. So I’m SO sorry I had you all worried!!! I had an emotional night. 😥
Still, no end in sight for THIS issue at work, but at least for the past few days that manager who has been causing me hell has been leaving me alone and almost *avoiding me*
My coworker got called in the office for asking too many questions about the situation as well. He likes to put his nose in other people’s business enough as it is, but I’m his friend… so when THIS all went down he was the one to grab me all the appropriate phone numbers for the HR offices and I guess he made it pretty known why he was grabbing them. I think my manager got a little scared I might call someone on him and he’s cooling it down…. for now. Let’s see how long it lasts. Seems to me like the whole thing is trying to get pushed under the rug. Now all the numbers don’t even work anymore! WTH do I do now? :negative:
