Hi all!
The past few years I’ve hosted the annual handmade ornament swap. However, I don’t think that I’ll have the time to organize it reliably this year! My twins started Kindergarten this year so I’ve taken on two jobs that I can do while they’re at school. They’re super fun to host (and I hope to be able to still participate!), but we need someone who has a small bit of free time and more organizational skills than I have at the moment. 🙂
This swap usually has between 12 and 18 participants. The host will need to organize dates/deadlines, collect the sign-up information from all interested participants, shuffle them, and keep track to make sure everyone involved receives their goodies.
