This fella on ebay looks like he has straw eyes instead of orange eyes….does anyone know the hatching Old green dragons were ever released with straw eyes ❓

He looks like he might have the bubble eye thing going that you see on some of the older dragons. The black of the eyes used to be painted in and the paint erodes over time making them look weird.
I just noticed that he had a red stone. I thought the old greens came with purple stones.

Ohh Ok…maybe that is what it is…I just thought he looked kinda strange but he may be one of the real old ones…. 😀

Wow, the eyes and gem color are certainly different than mine. The rest of the coloring looks the same however. Looks like he has a couple small chips on the back of his head scales. It’s a tempting piece.
I think what we are seeing here is a very old old hatching. One of the very first! Possibly quite rare. Melody would know.

It almost looks like the stone got stuck in the wrong place. It’s up higher on the head. So I’m guessing two things: either at that time, Windstone wasn’t sure and glued the stones in different places and colors, or (and I think that’s more likely), the original stone fell off, the owner couldn’t find it, so he/she stuck another one on.

Its either a fake or very very old, cause the stamp on the bottom doesnt match the one on a Old Green; that DragonsCavern showed me, but if it isnt I want it lol its unique.
I don’t think he’s fake. None of the knock offs that we’ve seen have gone out of their way to stamp Windstone on the bottom along with the © M. Pena bit. This looks like one of the first hatchers, the really old ones, with the goofy eyes they first put in them.
