Oddly enough, I can tell you exactly when I became interested in Tolkien. It was in 7th grade. We had to do an oral book report project and one of my classmates did her report on The Lord Of The Rings. When she got up in front of the class and started talking about hobbits, orcs, ents and such, I became intrigued and started reading the Hobbit. I’ve been a Tolkien fan ever since!!! 😀
