That’s a cool idea! Would be a good replacement for old green lol.

That’s kinda what I thougt. Also, I love the idea of having shiny (the copper and gold) and matte (the patina greens) colors together 😉 . Oh, I can hope 😀 ….

I think this is a great idea too, Melody. Please give it a try. 😀

I don’t know what Melody thinks, but what *I* think is: A coppery dragon that doesn’t involve pink? Yes, please! 🙂

I don’t know why — I’m such a Lap fan, usually — but when I was reading the description I automatically pictured it on the Scratcher. Which *would* be a great piece to use for test(s)! 🙂

I invision a coppery tummy that graduates to the gold and then the back is the lovely patia-ish green color. I love the AL color, but I realize it’s almost impossible to reproduce. For me, the Leafy Cat sconce color scheme would be the next best thing. What does everone else think?

Interested in buying or trading for: GB Pebble Sitting Red Fox in dark grey, Lap Dragon Test Paints (Water Sprite, Glacial Pearl, Opulence, Pastel Rainbow, and many others - see my Classifieds ad), Blue Morpho OW, GB Pebble Loaf dragons in blue/aqua/teal, and Griffin Test Paints (Black Rainbow or Frosted Jade).

I invisioned this color on all of the dragon sculpts 😉 . I would be very happy, and flattered, to see it on any of the dragons. Scratcher would look awesome, but if this ever becomes a reality, I’m saving up for an OW and/or the Lap dragon. (Although, the dragon family would be very nice to. And the Spectrals. And the Garden Dragon. Oh man! I’m in trouble 🙄 )

I’m stoked that you think so. I don’t suppose I could squeek* for them 😳 ? I have a green-eyed pyo dragon that I have been stumped on how to paint. I thinks I’m gonna give this color scheme a try, just to see how it’s going to look 🙂 . Personally, I think the OW, the Spectrals and the Lap would look freaking awesome done that way. Still , I love to see all of the dragon have a go at that color scheme squeek* !

Are you allowed to try and paint it to look the same a current or past production piece from Windstone? I thought that the paint patterns where copyrighted too?? Or are they only copyrighted on the pieces Windstone releases then on??

EEP 😮 ! I did’nt even think about that one. Those colors would work perfectly for her. Great suggestion, Drag0n 😀 !

I though the Garden Dragon was cement and not to get painted since it was made for outdoors??

Sorry for all the quetions but I seem to be VERY behind on the Windstone News!!
