Oops, sorry about that. I was going to send a mental margarita (Earth Girls are Easy) but I KNEW you weren’t allowed that. I forgot about the chocolate.

*sends warm fuzzies and thoughts of Windstones!*

    MMmmmmm….Windstones…. That’s a great thought! Thanks! πŸ™‚

I stayed away from the baby talk, and conversations about feelings, and so far we’re having an ok day.
He is watching Star Wars, so I might join him right now. πŸ™‚

It sounds like you got some good advice. And while my bf is probably the opposite from JV. I believe that he would jump right in and help me. He likes to talk about his feelings, but it gets really deep so I don’t follow him sometimes. I do know with his first baby he didn’t jump right in because he was young at the time and still growing up, but his second one he was a great father.

EF..I think your hubby will take this as a learning experience and will wake up from his dream. Let us know how it goes.

      So what’s new?

I am getting more and more nauseous everyday, and KC is being a little bit more supportive. This morning he brought me some breakfast in bed (life cereal) which seems to help my tummy. Also, he told me that he hasn’t had any positive or negative thoughts about the baby. He is staying neutral for now. He was just making fun of me for being concerned about Mercury in Fish, but it was short lived, and he was trying to be funny.

I work at Subway, and whenever I think about it I get nauseous. Ick. OK, I’m getting nauseous just thinking about it.

We are going to Old Country Buffet for Lunch with my siblings-in -law, so that’ll be fun!

That’s it for now πŸ˜‰ Nothing too exciting has happened yet!

Did the food before getting up help?
You work in a Subway?? That’s awful! Poor girl, pregnant women just shouldn’t have to deal with food for the first 4 months.

OMG I feel for you having to work at Subway while pregnant! My nausea didn’t go away until I was around 13 weeks. Talk to your doctor and see if they can give you a perscription for anti-nausea medicatioin. They gave me these pills that disolve under your tongue and they are safe to take during pregnancy. It was the only thing that got me thru a work day (I think every smelly patient called 911). I found that sucking on sour candy or chewing gum really helped with the nausea. I tried the whole crackers thing but it never worked for me.

        Ugh I know!
Even just thinking of the food makes me sick. I used to love the sandwiches, but now I have to plug my nose whenever a toasted sub comes out of the oven. I can really tell that my taste and smell have improved, and I wish it didn’t!
At first I thought-Oh, good I’ll be able to eat healthy while I’m at work, but now I can’t fathom it!

She doesn’t work in a subway; she works AT Subway. πŸ˜† πŸ˜† πŸ˜† Sorry. This was too funny.

No, I got it, that’s why I capitalized Subway, but I couldn’t stand meat when I was pregnant, hence my reaction. πŸ˜‰

That is a step in the right direction. Being neutral is better than being negative. πŸ˜€
