I don’t see where that one would be a copyright enfringement at all. It does look neat for a belt buckle though.

If this is not made by a company name called Windstone (not Windstone editions) then this is called Improper keywords, misleading titles(Creating a listing title or subtitle that does not accurately describe the item for sale, or that includes information that could mislead buyers as to what is actually for sale), Keyword Spamming (Including any information that does not describe or is not directly relevant to the item being sold or is intended to misrepresent the terms of sale)

Ditto. Just report it for keyword spamming/improper keywords/title. 🙂

Considering in the auction they say it was made by a different company….

It’s not likely to make anyone bid on it, if it’s misleading like that. I wonder when people will realize that lying to people gets you nowhere. 🙄

I sent hin a message and he said he only added the Windstone because he was familiar with them and thought it would draw the attention of Windstone collectors. He was very nice and polite with his answer. I just looked at eBay and the seller has changed it.
