Ok, I just bought my first PYO kirin, and I didn’t realize I could have chosen different eye colors until it was too late, so now I will get a kirin with “light yellow” eyes. I was wondering what colors might go really well with the eyes.
I also bought my first PYO muse, and I am nervous about him because I don’t know how well he will turn out. I am also nervous on the colors for him!
I’m terrible at matching colors, but I would say that colors on the muse don’t matter. I’ve seen some stunning muses, but mine was purely for practice, and I love the way she turned out. I grabbed colors that I love, and even though they all clash, she’s my first PYO and one of my favorites. 😀 Don’t worry about how the muse turns out – she’s there for practice and learning, you’re going to make mistakes.

When I do a pyo, eye color dictates whether I will do a light scheme or a dark scheme. For light eyes, I do a dark paint job(not necessarily black, just darker then the eyes) and for dark eyes, light paint job….
When I do a muse, I try to keep the colors close to atleast one eye color. My red & orange eyed girl is red and orange, I did a red and orange eyed in white and red, etc…I think they flow nicely like that and are more pleasing to the eye, but thats just me. The muse is my favorite PYO mostly because you can’t mess them up…

Just an idea here but I invision a dark blue with light gold high lights… 🙂 Just my 2 cents! 😉
