Yep, four o’clock, Mirabilis jalapa. I have tons of it, good thing I enjoy it. It’s a tender perennial, so will probably be perennial for you. In colder months, it will die down to come back from underground tubers. It can be invasive, so remove the seeds/deadhead it if you don’t want tons of it. It can be huge, I have some plants taller than me (5’6″-7″). It comes in a variety of colors- yellow seems to be most dominant/common, than hot pink, an indeterminate between the two that is sort of salmon, then red, white, striped… It gets its name because the flowers don’t open until it starts to cool off in the evening. It is very fragrant.
