Hi,

First, I’m french and really not good in english so please excuse me for my bad english.

I discovered the Windstone Editions site by another person on a different forum about proders of movies. Recently she won on eBay one peacock Dragon and she show us in the topic of her collection. I found this statue really impressive (I love Dragons ^^) and I asked her where it come from, so she give me the link of the Winstone Editions website. By this one I discovered the forum, so I’m here.

I have no Windstone statue now because I knew it only since yesterday. There are a lot of Dragons I’m interested with who are out of stock now and I just lost my job this month, so I have to wait to buy lot of Dragons ^^’…

I have some questions to ask, I hope you could answer me:

I haven’t find a prepaint statue like the PYO little Dragon, it doesn’t exist ?

I love the color of this one. ^^

I want to know if a statue like this will be sold or not:

I searched for a Dragon with theses exact colors(the peacock one) on Windstone Editions shop but I haven’t found one, is it impossible to found one Dragon with these colors ?

I found only one Dragon in these colors:

If there are another models in pink ?

It seems that all models are not represented on the Windstone Editions shop, where is it possible to have the complete list of them with pictures please ?

And the last one, for the PYO statues, is it possible to ask to a member staff to paint one like we want ? I know that for statues on some websites you have to paint, there are two options, you can do it yourself or pay one of the members staff to do it instead but I don’t know if it’s the same thing here.

That’s all, sorry for all these questions, a lot of them are certainly stupid I think…

That Paint-Your-Own dragon was painted by Jennifer Miller and auctioned on ebay. So far, there is only one in that color. Unless the person who won the dragon resells it, you won’t likely see one just like it.

That dragon is called the Little Rock Dragon. The Windstone store is currently out of them, and the factory is not currently set up to cast them since the move. That piece and the larger Rock Dragon are made of cement, rather than gypsum. You might be able to find a dealer on the internet or near you who has one in stock.

The peacock color has been retired, that is why you can’t find it in the Windstone Store. Your best bet is to check out dealers near you or look on ebay.

The only other dragon in the Windstone store that comes in pink is the Pearly Pink Curled Dragon. There is a one of a kind scratcher that a forum member was gifted and then some special ebay dragons in a Salmon Pink coloration.

The only pieces listed in the Windstone store are the current pieces and the limited production pieces. There are two places where you can see the retired and current pieces: the Windstone Editions Encyclopedia at Astral Castle and Ravnheart’s Online Sales Database.

You can not buy a PYO and have a staff member paint it. Windstone doesn’t have enough staff to offer something like that, nor does Windstone take commissions. You can however buy a PYO and have another forum member paint it. This thread has PYO painters custom commission rates and info.

I have not a lot to say about my passion for Windstones, it’s really new for me. A friend show me her Dragon ( a peacock male) and give me the link to the site so I’m here. I really love Dragons and I have some figures about it but often (always ?) I find figures are not enough good for this creature and I discover the Windstones one and my opinion change. ^^
