Having fun with the storm…

Especially since I had an apheresis donation appointment at the St Paul Red Cross office Tuesday evening I had to go to. It was a white-knuckle drive in and then back home after 9:30 pm with that snow blowing everywhere!

Still, not every day on gets to drive at 40 mph on the interstate and not even have tailgaters! 😆

Hope the other midwesterners out there are doing fine. Drive safe, everybody! :bye:

Yeah, that was fun. I had band rehearsal last night, and traffic was SLOW. Then, I didn’t get done until 10 pm and had to drive home. At least there wasn’t much traffic then because there was significantly more snow and lots of drifts.

The snow has stopped falling here, but the temps won’t go above freezing so the roads will remain packed with icy snow! 😈

Hard-packed snow on the streets is awful. It can be so slick, but it doesn’t always look icy. 🙁

Aw man! The road crews clear the roads, then it gets dumped on even more-again-again. Now it is so windy, that I am not even sure if it is still snowing or of it is just being blown about. It has been a long time since I have seen it this bad!

No snow here… it tends not to fall at -40, ya thats right -40, -46 (-50.6 for the USA peeps 😀 ) with the wind chill, yep but we are not getting any snow!
