I tried purchasing from them about a year ago. Although the dragon I had ordered was “in stock”, I had received an e-mail days later telling me that they didn’t actually have it and they they were trying to look for one to send me from another store (but had no luck).
So they apologized and sent me a full refund.
Although I was disappointed, I forgave them. They were very apologetic in their e-mail and I know they tried. Besides, everyone makes mistakes once in a while! -So the oooonly suggestion I have is to send them an e-mail or even give them a call to make sure that their “in stock” list is up to date!
If it is, they seem like a great company to purchase from!
