Can you believe it yesterday morning I received an email and a phone called from my credit card company saying they had a suspicioous charge on my card. They wanted to know if it was me. They said somebody in Ireland had charged $544.18 on my credit card for Skydigit. I never heard of it much less used it. That credit card company must monitor their systems constantly to catch something in less that 1/2 hour. They immediately cancelled my card and said they would send me another one (new number) in ten days. Wonderful that is the only credit card I have and I only use in occasionally. While I was on the phone with them whoever used it was trying to use it again. Bah
My way of countering fraud is to keep my CC maxed out 😆 .
But really that sucks, I have never heard of them, and nothing really comes up when it is googled, BUT this is pretty close http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sky_(UK_%26_Ireland) and is in ireland.
544 bucks?!! That’s terrible!! That’s a great credit card company you have for alerting you about it and putting a stop to it right away.

Ive never heard of it either but Ireland? Thats pretty random. Have you ever visited there? Or done business with anyone that lives there? That’s crazy that they were trying to use your card AGAIN. Which Credit card company do you have? That’s pretty awesome that they caught it so fast! I had my bank account hijacked 4 or 5 years ago and the stupid bank didnt think anything of it-it was an $80 charge for software from somewhere in Brazil or South America. o.O Never been, dont know anyone there. And yes they did it again. Long story short, I got turned over to a collection agency because of it. Stupid Washington Mutual. I’m glad you’re gone! 👿
