I spent the day with my mom and aunt yesterday which is why I was not logged on all day, she does not have a computer. Yes a number of us want to lose weight and I just had to get a new membership card for my gym before I started work so after work today I’m off to the gym. I ahve the other one in the hosue somewhere but can’t find it.

I worked out for an hour today!! Lots of cardio and weight machines!! It was DELIGHTFUL and felt so good!! I can’t wait to make this a new routine!
