Making ribs to share with 🐶..no BBQ sauce for her…and butter lettuce and raw corn 🌽 for 🕊.
Since they are both Velcro animal companions & both noise sensitive; so very happy to be home !!
Off tomorrow too means I can sleep in until 8AM !!

I slept in late, had brunch at my favorite bagel shop, hit the coffee shop for a tea latte, now I’m trying to decide what video game to play while avoiding Adulting for the rest of the day.

Continuing the family tradition of being obsessed with shiny things.
I had to work just normal hours and pay oh well. I’ll be spending the night at home with the rescue dog we got in April, since I don’t know how she’ll react to fireworks. She’s been real good about thunderstorms so far. But I’d rather cuddle with a dog instead of sit in a crowd any day.
Amen pips!! Give me rescue animals all day long over anything please! Bodine love your dragons with the flag! Very patriotic!
Thanks! We stayed home too.Our neighborhood was lit up but we stayed inside with the dogs.With it being Liberty’s 1st with us we didn’t know how she would react.She is a cop.She was not afraid but was climbing the walls to get outside and see for herself what was going on.It does not bother 2 of the little guys but Bandit.Poor baby,he just shakes and tries to find a dark corner.I hold him for awhile and then put him in his kennel,cover it like a bird and he settles down.
