It’s a chocolate cake, with a little bit of mayonnaise added to it. You don’t taste the mayonnaise at all, but it adds moisture to the cake. 🙂 I’m not a cake person, but I don’t mind eating it because it is more moist. The mayonnaise replaces the eggs and oil/fat that would otherwise be used.
