We board our flight for London in about 20 minutes! My folks were nice enough to come stay at our place and look after their furry grand pups. I don’t think the pooches will even notice we’re gone. They LOVE their grandparents so much!

Thanks Bodine! My birthday was January 10th. I sometimes wish it was another month though since it’s so rainy & cold here in Oregon in January. It rained like crazy that day so we didn’t really get to do anything to celebrate properly on the actual day but the following week a friend took me on a day trip to the coast where we had a lot of fun walking on the beach, eating fish & chips & seeing the sights. It was very windy (which was actually very fun to walk the beach in- the wind would push you & it made the prettiest sand swirls) & it only sprinkled a teeny tiny bit so it was a great day overall- I had worried that it would be a repeat of just nothing but rain like it was on my birthday but it stayed pretty decent.
