Hmm maybe my brother lives a little farther away in BC than you do… or maybe we just wasted a few hours being lost or something ahaha.
And hey that’s good to hear, Bodine XD Geez you are far away though, yeah. Must be cool living on the coast though.

Also uh hey guys I’m hoping to place an order for a PYO pretty soon, like in the next day or so… I already know what I’m doing for my friend (go figure she wants the Keeper, biggest friggin’ dragon haha) but I kinda wanna do something for myself, and like an idiot I threw a blank PYO in photoshop to sketch on. I AM NOW REALLY REALLY INDECISIVE. Halp?

    Baza/cheetah

    Harpy eagle/Snow leopard

    Philippine eagle/golden tiger

No idea but I kinda like it

Played with the hue settings and now I like this too ahhh

… Man for rough photoshop sketches these got kinda elaborate. BUT UGH FIRST PYO EVER what should I piiiick sob. Wish I could do them all but that would totally deplete my bank haha.

I like the Baza one and the Philippine eagle the best.

I’m an Edmontonian (there’s a lot of us from Alberta!) – so welcome!!!

    Baza/Cheetah is my fav!!

    #889157

    Awesome, thanks!
And… yeah I think in terms of contrast the Baza’s prolly got the most going on. I like the look of the Philippine/gold too though. Hm. Hmmm.

Edit: ooh and another one for the Baza. Thanks Branzyboo

I think I’d go for the first one.

Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

Hmmnn, I’d go with the Baza/cheetah myself. Very nice colors and contrasts on that one.

      Welcome! 🙂

Hello and welcome to the forums!

I’d go with the Philippin/Golden combo myself. Loving those markings. 🙂

Just to thoroughly confuse you, I will throw out my vote for the Philippine eagle/golden tiger. 😀

They are all really nice, though, and ANY of them would be a gorgeous griffin. (So what I’m saying is…you can’t go wrong!)

The tiger with blue face is an uncommon but striking combination. I’d love to see that one done.

Thanks for the welcomes and suggestions, guys! XD

Oh man well I placed an order for just one gryphon… with yellow eyes, for the Baza. I REALLY REALLY wanted to order two but I just couldn’t afford it what with also getting the small dragon for my friend.

I think as soon as I see how I am at painting these I’ll try for the philippine/gold. I really do like that one’s design and I want to do it well haha. Two statues for prior practice seems like a good idea. Easier on the bank too
