Heres the little number i have been working on!! I’m calling this one Eternal Spring. I based all of the colors off of early spring flowers in england 😀 butter cuts, snow drops, violets, sweet peas, and so on :D. I had a ton of fun with this one 😀
i have her listed on ebay starting at .99 😉

March 2, 2011 at 2:09 pm #833340I don’t normally care for bright spring colors but I must say that your eternal spring keeper is quite beautiful. I might have to try to bid

March 7, 2011 at 1:55 am #833346Awesome job! The colors you used really do have a glow affect. I’m really starting to fall for the blue dragons I’ve been seeing lately. I hope you do well at auction.
March 17, 2011 at 5:11 pm #839885Big dump and update! these are the last 2 pyo’s that i have finished since the forum has been down. The Metal oxide keeper is a ooak and I’m happy for that. The process I took to get to the end product was like traveling with a broken compass… in the journey that I took to get where I wanted the sites where all either ok that almost it but no or oh my god what did i do O.o? I think the reason that happened was I kinda had the flu and instead of being in bed (where I should have been) eating chicken soup I decided I felt fine enough and was going to paint. Painting the Ruby Embers Phoenix however was more fun then i can express. I adore working with reds, blacks, and golds. They seem to do all the blending work on there own and are versatile when adding highlight colors. I’ll be painting more in that theme :D.

March 20, 2011 at 3:08 pm #840219Grayfire, I really like the darker colors you used on the pheonix. I can’t wait to see a dragon or kirin in this color scheme. Awesome job! 🙂
