Those are gorgeous! Excellent paint jobs! The wolf is another thing I love. One day, I need to actually scrape together enough pennies for a commission. Not right now though, especially with another new payment probably (hopefully) being added to my ever depleted funds.
Have to be honest though – something about the spots on that kirin just don’t grab me…
Seems like he has plenty other admirers though, to make up for me!
lol spots are funny markings either you like them or you don’tit was fun painting them though lol i think i was thinking cuttle fish when i did the dots

yeah it did, you would be surprised how long the little detail work can take, usually i would space work like that out but i didn’t want to stop just in case my hand decided not to do the delicate work later. i’m still training my hand muscles.November 18, 2009 at 12:09 am #781327
heres so more progress shots.i’m still not sure what i want to do for finishing touches but i’m sure i’ll figure it out.
November 18, 2009 at 1:56 am #781328Oh, WOW…I think I am in love!
Love those flashes of iridescence in the neck feathers! And the barring on the primaries too! Red eyes look great with those colors!
