Don’t think this has been done yet… So on the Grand Pegasus, which would you rather see? (I know there is already a topic on this over at the Ask Melody section, but I thought it would be fun to see poll results).

          Production please!

oooo…it’s tied so far, but I voted for a production!! Pretty please? 😀

I have to say either. It would more than likely be too expensive for me either way.

            Ditto and agreed.

I’m not a painter so I prefer my Windstones fully finished.

Although it’s not so bad having a PYO when there are so many beautiful ones that become available here.

sorry I do not really like the PYO’s. I think part of what makes a Windstone a Windstone is the professional paint jobs give to them at the factory. Plus now that they are collectibles it seems they would be worth more from a Windstone atrist . I could be wrong as usual.

I guess it depends on your definition of valuable. Yes, a production Winstone will most likely increase in monetary value over time, but for me the time and effort someone has put into a PYO that they painted for me, makes it equally as valuable, if not more so. 😉

well either way they would be valuable….

a PYO could end up being more valuable if whoever paints it ends up being famous as an artist some day….

but to me…a production one that costs so much more upfront…wouldn’t be as good as a PYO…that might be a little less money..and be painted in any color you wanted….

but either way this poll is just opinion….Melody will do what she wants…and what’s best for Windstones….and the question of value isn’t important on that…

Well I have to say my mom was an atrist and if she had painted a PYO ANYTHING before she passed away it would have by far been more valuable to me then anything else.

                    :squeak: PRODUCTION!!! :squeak:

and hey, I never squeak but for this piece, Id squwak!

I voted PYO. I’d buy one or a few if it were a PYO. I probably wouldn’t buy it as a production piece, since I don’t collect the hoofers.

I wouldn’t mind production, but there are so many creative ways to paint a pegasus, and I know Windstone couldn’t possibly do as many color varieties as I’d like to drool over. Besides that there already are production pegasus out there (that I’d love to see in new colors). 🙂
