Please, please, please? I absolutely love the baby griffies (‘specially the sitting one  ) and I’d love to see them in some fantasy schemes 😉 Maybe a monthly holiday theme (flamingo pink for Valentines Day or Shamrock green and spring blue sky for March) or something seasonal like sunrise on mountain snow or crocuses in new grass… Or amazingly colorful costumes like the latest gb poads… Just dreaming *sigh*

February 5, 2014 at 7:29 am #908437I would absolutely love grab bag griffin chicks as well! They are a couple of my favourite sculpts! I would also love grab bag baby kirins too seeing I haven’t had much luck finding special ebay ones to buy or trade for.
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!
February 5, 2014 at 5:46 pm #908450I’ll add my vote for these as well–grab bags seem to be the rage right now.
February 5, 2014 at 8:08 pm #908463Well, I needed a break from the stress of the painting department for the time being,( at least until I get new glasses, so I can maybe see a little better!) so Brandi, one of our production painters, has taken up the job of doing grab bag pieces.
We will be offering the new “Mini Keeper” in a grab bag batch soon as they are finished.I have not wanted to do the griff chicks in “grab bag” because I think they are too hard to paint, (them little wings are tough).
I prefer to paint gb wingless creatures that have room for a range of different motifs on their backs.
The Mini Keepers do have wings, so we we’ll see what Brandi comes up with. She hasn’t complained yet.February 6, 2014 at 10:29 am #908497Any idea of what the price might be around for the grab bag dragons?

No. We set the price at the very last minute, just before they go in the store! We need to sit around and determine the amount of time they take to complete, averaged over the entire batch ( some take more time to paint, some less, because they are all different)
February 6, 2014 at 9:30 pm #908514*crosses fingers she can afford one*
Big hope there though XD; this year we have to PAY taxes instead of get a tax return, so there goes all my saved up money. I look forward to seeing them though

February 10, 2014 at 12:12 am #908654This would be fantastic! GB griffies are the perfect size, and all sorts of colour schemes could be devised for them 😀
February 10, 2014 at 5:14 pm #908685I am a little disappointed that the GB Mini Keepers won’t have been painted by Melody. But it will be interesting to see what Brandi does with them!
