I’m sorry for the loss of your friends, DM. I hope things get turned around for you soon. You will be missed.
September 24, 2007 at 6:37 pm #619754Please sit down, cool down and think this over we would miss you very much. I’m sorry to hear about two of your friends. After you think things over please come back
September 24, 2007 at 6:53 pm #619755Hey, DM. I know what you mean about getting a little too “into” something that you enjoy doing, to the point that it becomes a problem. Got some trouble with that myself. Sometimes one just has to set a limit and focus on other things . . . which is a lot harder than it sounds. π
I really hope life improves for you soon. Losing friends is really rough. π And I can absolutely empathize with you regarding the commute and the weather around here. And the possibility of commuting on your motorcycle, too. I spent seven years commuting almost exclusively by bicycle in Davis, in every kind of weather the valley could throw. Wet, cold, nasty, muddy, yuck. If you ever want to unload some frustration with the weather in this valley, I’m here for you! And if you want to talk in general, that’s cool too. You’ve been through a lot lately. π
September 24, 2007 at 7:32 pm #619756I am sorry to hear about your friends and I hope that all of us can come back and it will be whole once again. Thank you for getting that Ruby Emperor for me and all that you had to go thru. By the way, you need to check inside the Emperor box once you receive it. π
September 24, 2007 at 8:10 pm #619757We’ll miss you terribly but of course I understand. Losing fiends is horrible and I definitely understand about obsessions. I know you’ll be working hard but try to take a little time for yourself when you can. And we’ll aways be here if you need to rant. *Big Hugs*

I may read things from time to time but I’m tired of being made to feel like I have to explain myself for typing errors or like I’m being made fun of because I end up making up words or I’m so far off from correct spelling
ok dude π if I remember correctly, you were the one who pointed out at least one of my typing errors, or should we say a lack of vocabulary knowledge (let it rip, with pride) and I am grateful…. greatful…. whatever I dont know whitch, but I wish you good luck with your stuff, sorry about your friends, and I am sure your life will change for the better, remember to look for the silver lining ( I only know this phrase because I listen to Chet Baker on regular basis)
I will miss you
September 24, 2007 at 9:29 pm #619759I’m very sorry to hear about your friends. When you get time, do come back and post. We will all miss you. I really will miss you. π
September 26, 2007 at 9:35 pm #619760π Sorry things are rough, DM. I know how hard it is to lose loved ones, and those losses always seem to come in waves, making it so much harder to handle.
*hugs*As for you not posting as much, I think this forum is almost as addictive as chocolate (ha,ha, almost), and we know how you feel about chocolate! I do think the people here can help keep your spirits up. Though I also know there are times when you just can’t be on, and everyone is understanding about that as well… as I haven’t been on since you’ve posted this. Sorry I didn’t send hugs sooner!
September 27, 2007 at 6:57 pm #619761Mmmmmmmm….. Chocolaaatttte……. *drools*
October 1, 2007 at 3:55 pm #619762DM, drop in from time to time when you can. I get on at work most of the time, but if it’s busy or servers go down, the job comes first. I work nights, so there is only one other person generally around after the first hour or two, but when it’s busy, it’s all down to business. You have to do what you have to do.
I hope the winter will be busy for you, since it will help you replenish your savings π (just don’t overdue it and get sick!)
Take care and check in when you can π
