You could count me in! I can’t afford $150, but I could afford something.
What was making me sad is that Jennifer has to sell some items that are precious to her 🙁 . Could it be done in a way that she gets to keep her pretties but we have another item up for the raffle? Just a thought and yeah, I do like the idea of a raffle. Could anyone come up with a desirable item for this raffle?
IDK… don’t know exactly how the raffles are put together. I have never done one. Do we go through the windstone staff?
I would guess going through Windstone staff would be the best if they want to do this. Jennifer will be checking this–leave it up to her and she can tell us who to contact.
You guys are really sweet! But, I’d feel bad if you did a raffle for me. I know other people are facing money woes too…!!

My art: featherdust.comok, raffles. Everyone needs to understand that raffles are considered gambling. It is illegal in some states. I can do 4 a year. I’ve done 1 and I have one in the works. Easy enough for me to do, but we need the raffle prize. I don’t believe Jen can donate anything because the raffle is for her per se and I don’t know what the laws are in her state. Also, we don’t know what Windstone’s take would be on this being Jen is an employee. It’s different if she wasn’t aware of what we were doing and it was a surprise. I need some help here, Idea’s anyone? 😕
and BTW, I’m not trying to be beeochy about this, but before you post anything like this on the forum, unless it’s a legit charity, please email or pm me first. We can do things as surprises and get away with them, but when someone knows about it, it causes lots of complications. 🙄 😉

Could you maybe do a limited run print series on a sketch you did? I know that making prints is not that difficult, and I would bet that if you drew a fund raising sketch of some sort that people here would buy one.
