Gold and Emerald Peacock dragons PICS!

I am excited so I could not wait to post. I got my dragons in today and I am having a very hard time deciding which color I like better. I got a gold male and he (As per our requests ❓ ) is filled with brown!!! He has got to be the prettiest dragon I have ever seen. THEN I pull out the Emerald Peacock mom and I just stare at her. She is nothing like peacock, so no worries there (I did have my doubts.) Her colors are stunning, bright, eye-catching… whatever~ But totally lovely. I am going to take a pic when I get home, but I could not wait to share my excitement!! (Most of you know how it is 🙂 ) YAY! PICS!

Indeed! I am much happier today! Here is a pic w/an older peacock male and one of the brighter peacocks. You can see the difference.

Here is my gold family. The new male has alot more brown and a more reddish tint. You cant see, but it also has a little purple highliting. Very nice!

Ohh thanks for posting pics. I actually got the em-pea female this past weekend and I must say she is my most eye-catching piece colour-wise. I can’t stop looking at her. She is so beautiful. I feel bad for my old peacocks when they are next to her :X

Thank you Dragoness! You’re welcom Dan, and yes, Rusti! You def should get one. I am thinking of adding the male and young to my collection. I am CERTAINLY buying a gold mother and hatcher!! And ANYTHING else that comes out in gold!

Oh! The Em-pea isn’t nearly as purple as I thought it was. Now I will have to consider getting something in that color… once I can afford it! 😆

There is actually quite a bit of purple on it, but the photos don’t show purple very well. See my photo on my web site

The purple is more in the crevices. There is not too much on mine. We know the colors vary a bit.

By the way, I got an emporer in gold in stock for a layaway. OH! Is it gorgeous! I told my hubby “I know what I want for my birthday!”

Okay. Hmm. I guess I have more purple on the empea mother I got in. Maybe it’s because mine was from the first batch, before Melody tweaked the color to the final version. Susie said the final color may be a bit different. I wonder how much of a difference it actually is?

I think some where going to confuse the Em Pea with Rainbow more then Peacock at least that was my thought
