rain and tornados here in Iowa.
June 7, 2008 at 8:06 pm #632766Oh my, I can’t believe I missed seeing this leg of his journey! Great job, foxfeather! 😀 I can’t believe you still had snow 😯 After all the time that Muse recently spent in the warm south and western US, he must have thought Winter was over. Poor thing 😛
July 7, 2008 at 3:54 am #632767How’s the little muse doing?
July 7, 2008 at 11:41 am #632768Ah! Sorry. 😳 I’ve been gone, and busy before that with a visit from my stepdaughter (she stayed in the room we paint in). I will do it this week for sure.
July 13, 2008 at 9:24 pm #632769OK. The muse is painted and boxed up, ready to go to Nightcrow. I’ll ship her out tomorrow.
Here is the muse by our herb garden. She really liked the smell of the oregano. I think muses like pizza as much as Poads do.
Next she’s checking out the animal-feeding rock. Don’t stay there too long, little muse! A squirrel may think you’re a nut and eat you!
Here she’s checking out the columbine. What’s that behind her? Look out!
Whew! She made it! She’s ready for her next stop.
I painted the lower front part green, btw. There are some green/gold highlights on it. Sorry, but I didn’t get a close-up.

July 14, 2008 at 11:52 pm #632772She is now officially on her way to Nightcrow’s.
July 17, 2008 at 2:15 am #632773Ah, it seems quite content in your garden (except when the dragon is trying to eat it! 😯 ). I’m anxiously awaiting it’s next stop.
July 22, 2008 at 2:47 am #632774I was just wondering if the muse made it to her new location yet. ❓ The post office said it was delivered on 7/16.

The last time Nightcrow posted was July 13. Maybe she’s on holidays??

July 28, 2008 at 3:04 am #632779Photos to follow — my day has mysteriously vanished, and tomorrow I’m working, but on Tuesday I should have time to upload pictures of the Muse-In-Progress and our little “bicycle tour” of the area!
