My Ipad 2 lets me buy and check out all the time. I missed the last batch of GBBs, but the 2 before that the Ipad was faster than the desktop. I gave up on the desktop and switched to the Ipad.
That’s the problem with all the versions out there! 🙂 Some work, and some don’t and there’s just no way for us to test them! 🙂
It might be a good plan IF you want to use your phone or tablet to order from (especially during a grab bag!) that you run a test when you’re buying something else (like a PYO) with no pressure. Then you can determine if your device will let you get your item and you’ll be prepared for a high stress situation!
Something else that might be helpful: I’ve been told that there is an “ap” for using Paypal on a smart phone – so if you have trouble with Paypal while using one of those, look into that.
