Ok this thread got a little too heated and I think we all should have a group hug. Sterling sent me an email and I think what was typed was taken out of contexts. I would like to see Sterling come back in here but I think we may have scared them away.
Did they say what prompted them to leave a post here and not just call you? That’s what puzzles me! They have your phone number, yes? They’d been saying they’d call you, yes? Why make it a public issue if they don’t have to?
Well, Sterling wouldn’t be the first to get off to a bad start. BTWedding and Nirvana did. So did DragonCaverns, but after the initial bad start, things worked out fine. Please invite Sterling to come back.

I really LOVE you guys some times!!I don’t know what made them post on here. They did call me on my cell phone and left a message before posting here. Maybe the whole thing about someone smashing statues is what prompted them to post. I would like to see the whole thing turn around. I just want my griffin, we can all have a hug and maybe put this all past us. They are the only windstone dealer around and I would like to have everyones feelings patched up so that maybe I could do buisness with them again. I really don’t like to have to order windstones and have them shipped to me.
PS I’m trying to get them to come back on here but I think they are afraid of us. I’ll try again.
Yeah a work day. They have the waterfront festival going on and three medic units are going to be out of service. I’m gonna run my butt off!
I’m sorry, Purpledoggy, I hope I didn’t offend you. I am really happy things are working out with the dragon and the store. I have been in similar situations and know that it feels awful. 😳

Don’t be sorry, like I said I know you were not laughing at me. This whole thing is silly. All it takes is some communication and it all could be avoided.
It would be nice to have them on hear,it might help thier buisness and let them see just how addicted people like use are too the windstones.If they did stick around,check things out and get involved here, I think it would really make a real good statement. It would make me view them better as a store.
I mean certianly people make mistakes, but what you do once you realize the mistake is what makes the difference.
it would be sad if that was the only reason they joined though, was to make that reply.
