yes, if you used your credit card, you can use your credit card statement as the reciet for proof that they took your money.
keep after them! most of the time they hope you just forget about it. and again, i know i am repeating myself here, but call your local news station. it is well worth doing so and will teach them a lesson faster then just reporting them.
They need to get their windstone dealer status revoked. They don’t keep the original boxes and have just been a major pitb with me. I wouldn’t let them sell my wares if it were me.

I would love to see that doen in this case.
I don’t think Windstone can do something like that. Dunno, I suppose they might. But I suspect they prefer not to get involved in stuff like this. (I know Melody was pleased when I added a disclaimer to the black list, making sure people knew that Windstone had nothing to do with it.)
I would definitely leave Windstone out of it, but I would report them to the bbb and I would call the local news. They have treated you shamefully. 👿

I just wanted to apologize, when I first ordered your Male Griffin the nice saleperson did not think that was a wholesale item. I got a call back and your piece has been ordered as a replacement for the dragon that apparently came broken to you. Stuff happens. I am sorry.
As for your friends threatening to break stuff up in our store, for shame.
Your piece should be here by next Friday. We’ll hold it for you until you come and pick it up.

You know, even as a tiny wanna-be business owner, I’m not sure I’d come to a public forum and more or less ‘call out’ a customer who had a complaint (and I can be a very crabby person, just not usually when I already have someone’s money)…
I think emailing her and leaving it at that would have sufficed. Or perhaps even working something out to make her happy so she’d tell us how well you did fixing your mistake.
All in all, I think her case was handled poorly for a number of reasons, and it was slightly bad form to come here like that.

that implies that all, or most of us were making this statement of going to your store and braking stuff as a group.
I believe that was only one person, and one statement.
Making it sound like all of us were ganging up with wrong intent is very poor.
We are fellow collectors, this is not a “friends” forum. most of us have never met at all…even online we know little about each other but we are here because we all avidly collect these wonderfull pieces.I hope you get your Griff. ok Purpledodgy…and you should get a new reciept for it too I would think.
