ALSO! they can only say no refund IF they have a sign in the store that is visible to the public saying so OR if it is printed on your reciept. if there is neather, she can not deny you a full refund.(this is what my mom is telling me)

if they do not give you your money back, contact your credit card to see if they can do anything.

May 11, 2007 at 12:52 am #572465oh my god thats horrible that they have both! the ideal thing would have been getting your money back when you took the piece back. to be done with such a bad business.. but you have to work with what you’ve got now.
in regards to the lady thinking your pesty, darn flippin’ tootin’ you’re keeping after them – they have your money!! you be a thorn in their side til they give it back (ideally) or they get your griff… but can they even do that? i thought i heard the factory was temporarily out of griffs and ows til a week or two…hmm bug the heck out of them til they pay you off to get you out of their hair!!!May 11, 2007 at 12:57 am #572466Yeah they are out of griffins, thats why I told them I want my money back.
