Getting irritated with windstone dealer store!

ALSO! they can only say no refund IF they have a sign in the store that is visible to the public saying so OR if it is printed on your reciept. if there is neather, she can not deny you a full refund.(this is what my mom is telling me)

I didn’t see any sign in the store but then again I placed my order over the phone. They kept my reciept when I took the dragon back to the store.

When I called her she said “Didn’t you just call the other day?” Well maybe if you would tell me what is going on then I wouldn’t be calling all the time!

if they do not give you your money back, contact your credit card to see if they can do anything.

I don’t like them having both the receipt and the broken dragon. Get a replacement as fast as you can. Right now, you don’t have any proof in your hands anymore.

If she doesn’t call me back by noon tomorrow I’m calling my bank and filing a complaint with the bbb.

Make sure you tell them that. It might get you some action. And, as mentioned before, call your local news. Most stations have someone who investigates stuff like that.

oh my god thats horrible that they have both! the ideal thing would have been getting your money back when you took the piece back. to be done with such a bad business.. but you have to work with what you’ve got now.
in regards to the lady thinking your pesty, darn flippin’ tootin’ you’re keeping after them – they have your money!! you be a thorn in their side til they give it back (ideally) or they get your griff… but can they even do that? i thought i heard the factory was temporarily out of griffs and ows til a week or two…hmm bug the heck out of them til they pay you off to get you out of their hair!!!
