      like i siad before, tell them you are going to report them to the local news if they don’t start co-operating. all the sudden you will be the most important customer they ever had.

      Good luck with that. I would of just gotten back my money when I was there if I had been in that situation or gotten something that I liked in the store that was already there.

          if this is the one kind of near me, i can try to stop by there this weekend and knock over a few statues, not windstones of course. 😈

          i know they are not always all there when i have been in the store, but i cannot believe they have exisisted as long as they have based on the way they are treating you!

          you should definitly file something with the better business beauro.

          just get your money back!

            I agree. If this drags on too long, they might say, they can’t find the receipts or phone messages. Get your money back and order from Wolfenlodge or Emerald.

              They are located in Laurel (I don’t know if they are near you or not) and I have complained about them before. I’m going to give them one more day to respond to me then thats it, I’m done with them.

                      *UPDATE*
                      I called the store again and talked to the lady that runs it. Again she doesn’t know what is going on with my order, if the griffin was ever ordered, nothing. The guy who does the orders is not there and won’t be in until tomorrow. I got an email from someone on the forum who knows what store I am talking about and informed me that Susie said they have not ordered any griffins. When I confronted the lady at the store with this info I told her if that was the case then I want my money back. They told me they do not offer refunds! I said you sent me a busted dragon and never ordered a replacement I want my money back! So now she is supposed to call the guy at home that does the ordering and call me back. I’m so pissed off right now!

                        take it to your local news station I say! over here the local news runs a segmant called “call Kirtuse.” where if you have a situation like you have right now, you can email or call him and he will do the work for you for free. the store gets aired on the news and i’ll tell you what, buisnesses do not like being the bad spot in any type of media.
