So I had a male dragon shipped to me that was in pieces. I drove him back to the store and asked them to order me a male griffon instead (since they didn’t have the male dragon in stock). They told me they would call me and let me know if that was possible. I never heard back from them so I called back. I was told the guy that orders windstones was not in so they didnt’ know. Soooo I call back again and talk to the guy who tells me he could order one on Monday (last week) and he would let me know. I never heard back so I called again yesterday and again he wasn’t there and the person I talked to didn’t know if he ordered it or not. I’m getting fed up with the lack of communicatioin. They already have my money so why are they not telling me whats going on? I’ve sent emails and haven’t gotten a reply to that either. I’m at the point I’m just going to ask for my money back if they don’t let me know what the heck is going on!!
May 9, 2007 at 4:31 pm #572424You’d probably be safest doing that anyway. Buy something direct from Windstone. That way you’re sure you’ll get it. Or from emerald or wolflodge…

The only ordered the male dragon they had was he had some purple in him (ema pea) but the dragon they sent me had no purple plus he was smashed. I knew they couldn’t get a dragon with purple so I asked for a male griffon instead. Now they have my money and I don’t have a griffin or a dragon 👿

Nope. They said they were gonna get a shipping quote. Then it was “the girl who does such and such is not in today” and always I got the “We’ll call you.” Nothing. Oh well. I will eventually get one. No biggie. I may even call them another time and see if they still have it. -
