        So I had a male dragon shipped to me that was in pieces. I drove him back to the store and asked them to order me a male griffon instead (since they didn’t have the male dragon in stock). They told me they would call me and let me know if that was possible. I never heard back from them so I called back. I was told the guy that orders windstones was not in so they didnt’ know. Soooo I call back again and talk to the guy who tells me he could order one on Monday (last week) and he would let me know. I never heard back so I called again yesterday and again he wasn’t there and the person I talked to didn’t know if he ordered it or not. I’m getting fed up with the lack of communicatioin. They already have my money so why are they not telling me whats going on? I’ve sent emails and haven’t gotten a reply to that either. I’m at the point I’m just going to ask for my money back if they don’t let me know what the heck is going on!!

        You’d probably be safest doing that anyway. Buy something direct from Windstone. That way you’re sure you’ll get it. Or from emerald or wolflodge…

          If I could buy direct from windstone I would. This is the only windstone dealer that is remotely close to my house. I just can’t belive they are treating a paying customer like this!

          That is crap. But there are special editions that you can buy direct from Windstone – I guess you want your male griffin or dragon?

            I don’t like the white griffin, I like him better in wolf. The only ordered the male dragon they had was he had some purple in him (ema pea) but the dragon they sent me had no purple plus he was smashed. I knew they couldn’t get a dragon with purple so I asked for a male griffon instead. Now they have my money and I don’t have a griffin or a dragon 👿

              I’m at the point I don’t care. If they want to make a stink they don’t have a leg to stand on. I can make a stink with the best of them!

                I agree… get your money back and order from someone else. What jerks… probably the same store that never returned my calls about the rainbow Emp 😡

                Which store is it? I know the black list is locked, but we should still know which stores to avoid…

                  I only have the phone number. I just checked and I think its in California. I know Wolfldge drove there, so its probably not the same store. Maybe the same employees, then… Hey! You never know!

                      Is someone keeping a black list off the windstone site? If so could whoever it is pm me and I’ll tell you which store it is.

                        Nope. They said they were gonna get a shipping quote. Then it was “the girl who does such and such is not in today” and always I got the “We’ll call you.” Nothing. Oh well. I will eventually get one. No biggie. I may even call them another time and see if they still have it.
