Ug, every 6 months our hot water heater has a nervous fit. And every 6 months, we have to have the company come and fix 1 part…I don’t even know what the part is. Having no hot water for a shower really, really sucks. I’m lucky my hubby knows when to call in the professionals. I’m useless at anything mechanical.

Ugg…nothing worse then having a cold shower at the end of the day. You have my sympathy.

While hiding somewhere in my head I'm on the lookout for white oriental dragons! Please let me know if you know of any available. Thank you!

Heehee, you dressed to match your car! It looks frickin’ cold there, though! And wow, look at those high-tops. I had some red high-tops when I was in grade school. Man I loved those shoes. The 80s were awesome. XD

Hehehe, those are racing shoes. They are made of Nomex which is fire proof. I have a helmet and gloves made with the same material. Some events require fire proof equipment.

The shoes are actually a lot like boxing shoes, they have a very flat sole and you can feel the clutch, gas and brakes better than a regular shoe. And since they are fire proof, when you are on the hot asphalt at the track, they don’t get as hot.

It was about 90% humidity and 50 degrees that day. It was freezing. And of course since I am a woman, I have to have matching accessories for the car πŸ™‚

Hehehe, we had a great time today! And we signed up as a sponsor for a race event in April that supports autism reasearch. So it was a good day and for a great cause!
