My current frog prince had an accident this morning. He fell off my desk (with help from a cat no doubt) and his eye ridge is completely gone (luckally the eye is still there) and his mouth from nose to just about his chest sheared right off. I have the piece from his mouth but, the eye ridge is dust!
I’m trying to find a replacement. Kyrin can fix him but, it’s probably going to cost as much to fix (with the shipping) as a new one. (And saddly, I think Kyrin should actually charge more for him too, while he’s smooth, he’d need reconstruction….It wouldn’t be an easy fix for sure) So, if anyone knows anyone who will sell theirs let me know.
I think there’s one still available at that store by me. o.o; They haven’t got much left, but I swear I saw a frog prince. He’s going to smell a bit like cigars, though, because it’s a cigar shop. c.c I can go look tomorrow, if you want. =)
Oh, really? Do you know how much they wanted for him? I don’t mind if there is some damage. Just not as much as my poor guy has. 😆
Cigar smoke is annoying but, I can deal with that.
Do you have the phone number or email address? I’ll be working all day tomorrow but, maybe I’ll have time to call after I get home. Or, as long as it’s not too far out of the road, and if you don’t mind looking. That would be great. Thank you so much. 😀

I think they charge pretty close to regular store price, whatever that is for the Frog Prince (my dragons were, anyhow). I’ll just go look. Gives me another opportunity to pester them. 😉 The cigar smoke smell fades pretty fast (I bought my rainbow mother and a ruby fledgling from them), and I didn’t see any damage on any of his pieces. I’ll buy it and pack/ship it for you, if you want it. I’m not sure how into shipping it off that old guy would be…and he freaked me out when I bought the fledgling – almost clipped off the tag in front of me and then couldn’t figure out how to stuff in the box, and I was finally like, it’s fine the way it is, aiyah~ XD He’s nice, just a little clueless.
I’ll let you know tomorrow, late afternoon, probably.

I love my frog prince, and I do hope I find another. (He won’t mean as much to me as the original but, that’s okay.)

I haven’t decided yet. I might just give him to someone who can fix him up. Maybe….. I might keep him to try to fix myself. I don’t have alot of time for fixing things….. so he’ll sit there for years before I get around to him.
Hey-lo, RD. He was $47.29 after tax, and is in perfect condition, far as I can tell. 6.6 If you want him, let me know! Otherwise, I’ll keep him for myself. 😉 He does smell like cigars, but only if you stick your nose right up next to him. He came with his box and tag (still attached, heh).
Actually, I like the smell of cigars. Even though I’d never smoke one…

Harass the lady if you can catch her there. She’s the one that came in special the time I bought up a lot of their retired things for people here.
She’s the one that’s pretty darn knowledgeable.

Oooh. I didn’t know there was a lady! It’s always been the old guy (and sometimes his young helper) when I’ve gone in! Including today. XD I think I mystify him (he seems more interested in cigars – and I swear I saw him smoking one in there once), because he just gets me what I want without comment. XD XD I’m guessing the lady must be the ‘wife’, and the reason he’s got a bunch of collectible stuff in there with the cigars and beer steins, huh? >.>
