I have not been on much as you all know
I have been fighting Chase bank to get to keep my condo and trying not to temp myself with all the pretties that Melody keeps putting out
I found a company in my area that says they help people keep or get back in their homes and it came recommended from a friend but I still have to do some investigation on them before I trust them
I did a debt settlement company like Drag0n Feathers and they have so far been tottally useless and I should have used that money to get settlements from the companies I owe. I would be much better off right now I fear they are going to be a mistake

I think it’s good you’re taking the time to investigate them; we’ve heard horror stories of fakes who “helped” people in need… Good luck!

I hope you find the help you need DM. To lose one’s home is a terrible blow and I hope this doesn’t happen to you! My thoughts are with you and yes, you’re right about some of these places who help people settle their debts. Could have paid down some of your debt instead of giving it to them! The best to you. Im so sorry DM. Yeah, debt consolidation companies are just another way for someone else to get a chunk of your money, and it is a strike on your credit report, so it really doesnt help much anyway. Im sorry about that. Maybe you can refinance? I just did and cut my interest in half!

so far Chase has been butt heads!!

I found a company in my area (well work area) that has fought foreclosures and even gotten them recinded and gotten people back in the houses they lost
this lady came very highly recommended by the lady that has been doing my Western Union
I also got a letter from Chase yesterday and they just called me talking about qualifications etc
