I do not like equines with blue eyes. I think it looks creepy and un-natural, even in real life.

I like ‘natural’ blue eyes – paints, appies or others with a lot of white on the face. Other blue eyes depend a lot on the color of the piece. I like odd-eyed pieces along the same criteria. Light brown/amber eyes would look good on lighter colored critters as well. Of course, some of the paler champagne colors have green eyes . . .

I think the eyes should fit the paint job. If there’s lots of chrome on the uni or the color warrants light eyes, go for it! But I think it’d give more definition to the eye if there was eyeliner around the eye socket.
I love blue eyes on equines that have the eyeliner i.e. Frodo. But the bald faces that are just pink don’t really do it for me…
I’d love to have a choice as well.

I think having a choice on the Ebay ones is a good thing.I also think since there are blue eyed Equines,usually on a Bald faced or pale horses,that the blue eyes look fine on some of them.The darker ones look natural with the darker eyes but I myself,love the “shock”factor of the light eyes on the darker sculpts. 🙂
