Oh, the green one is lovely! The other two I’m sure will be lovely as well. I can’t wait to see the brown one π

January 23, 2008 at 3:11 pm #656645Eeek!!! the brown one is really close to my sandstone!!! I’ve added a bunch of stuff since though. I put blue interference and antiquing on mine. My favorite of the three is the green! But I just love green! π
January 23, 2008 at 9:16 pm #656646The green Keeper could be a brother to the little dragon I painted for Mmloda XD
I love seeing in-progress photos… the brown guy’s color already looks great!January 29, 2008 at 1:25 pm #656647Nambroth, do all the pigments you’ve used on all your pieces lately have a metallic or pearlescent quality to them? So I guess I’m asking if all your recent pieces have a metallic look to them?

I don’t know if I’d qualify it as ‘metallic’ but they all have iridescence to them, yes! A look that shifts colors as you view from different angles. This ranges from a subtle shift to a dramatic one in areas. π

My art: featherdust.comJanuary 29, 2008 at 11:26 pm #656651I’m just totally in love with the green one, I’m very partial to green dragons. Are all your large pyos going to be sold through windstone and ebay? Or are they just doing it with the first few since they are new? I know with the small pyos you were able to sell them independently.
