I can’t stand anything on my feet. As soon as I come home, off go the socks. I usually just sleep in a t-shirt…anything more and I feel suffocated.
I remember a pair of jammies I had as a kid: union-suit style in stretchy knit red and white striped fabric, with a “trap door” in the back. Took some wriggling to get into them, but you didn’t freeze during those midnight potty runs. (So long as you didn’t let the trap door end up in the toilet! Eeeww! 😆 ) I was bummed when I outgrew them. Can’t remember if they had footies or not, but they sure were warm.
6Ft tall and over 200lbs hard to find anything that fits, especially in “Womens” line, “Fat Girl” stores carry for short people, and “Tall girl” Stores carry for Twigs. And can’t find an “Big & Tall” women’s stores so end up and Men’s “Big & Tall’s” And footsies are definitely not a normal “Men’s type” article of clothing. But I do wear what I call my “Winter Boots” to bed/around the house, when it’s cold, and PJ’s(bed “Wear” in it’s entirety) around the house ’cause there’s very little else that quite as comfy as that stuff!! as for to bed…. Well that at least used to be a different story(thanks to Khym’s Bloody Nightmares 👿 )
