Our Fledgling Dragon is now available in the Elven green color to match the Curled Dragon (which we recently restocked) – this is a small “one per customer” batch for the moment. http://windstoneeditions.com/shop/dragons/fledgling-dragon-elven/ We’ll have some in our Etsy store too.

The horns are silver instead of gold like the first batch of elven curls. Still, I’m glad they’ve been restocked. 🙂

Love him! I wanted an elven curlie forever ago but I really have a lot of curlies, so I just let it go. But fledglings now, those you can never have enough of! …also a PYO hippocampus might have snuck into my cart too. Those sea ponies are sneaky!

In case it matters, I didn’t get an email notice for these guys. At the moment I’m thinking one was not sent since I usually do receive messages from the Store.

I did not receive an e-mail about these either. Although, I did get a notification about the copper fledging being restocked. Luckily I saw the little Elven before I bought the copper baby, was able to get that one instead.

I’m Sorry! No one missed a notification, there wasn’t one, I plum forgot to send it!

There is some heavy black antiquing on these guys. He’s still pretty, but just thought I’d let people know who are maybe on the fence. I don’t personally love the look of it, makes him look like a forest dragon…who needs a bath.

I wondered what that was on my own that came in today. Certainly noticeable, I agree, though I do still love the little guy. Happy to know its not just my own, though. ^^’

I miss the crazy blue antiquing on violet flame. I vote for antiquing only in crazy colors from now on. What would purple antiquing look like between green scales? Hmmm is that even possible, artistic people who actually know how to accomplish such things?

I’m curious about the Copper patina baby dragon. Has anyone gotten one of them from the store. They don’t look like they have much patina on them this batch. Anyone have any pictures?

When Susie announced the Copper Patina babies on August 24 (about 6 threads below this one) she indicated that they don’t have as much patina:
“We have a small number of Baby Dragons in Copper Patina in the store now! http://windstoneeditions.com/shop/dragons/baby-dragons/baby-dragon-copper-patina/ They are a little less “colorful” than some of the past batches of copper patina – the photograph in the store represents them well.”
