Oh no! In your situation it’s not like you had time to research ways to do it 😛 Poor kid though 🙁 What a bad time for fishie to have popped back up! I’ve also heard of putting fish in the freezer, but some people say that is a painful death too ❓

Nam, thanks for all that info. Made me see fish as more of a responsibility than a decoration. I have never owned any and now I doubt I will till I have an outside pond. Good info. Poor fish.
yeah…I still feel really bad for the fish…Donovan too..it just turned out bad all around….and I really should have flushed twice. 🙄
it was dead…but Donovan was screaming and sobbing…saying, “I PPPPEEEED on g-gg-GOLDIE!!! I KILLED HER!!! NOOOoooo” it wasnt til later I could explain to him that she was in the potty because she was dying..and it wasnt his fault..I did what most mothers do…I just held and rocked him. Then I snuck to the bathroom and flushed the toilet 8 times for good measure. 😳
Oy vey! I tell ya, Dawn, you sure have the most interesting happenings at your place. Poor little fish and poor Donovan. *give him hugs for me*
I kinda feel bad because as I read the adventures and then Draco’s confession, then yours, I started laughing the farther along I read. You guys are just hilarious.

Several friend and I go to this restaurant once in awhile and they have two huge crystal clear tanks with the most beautiful fish – gold, bright blue and many other colors. The last time we were there there was only one fish in one of the tanks and he/she was a very large one white with black stips. I asked the waitress what happened to all the beautiful colored fish and she said the big fish ate them. Can you believe that.

*snort* I’ll probably lol tomorrow…I’ll have to admit I got a chuckle out of the, “next time flush twice” bit. 😆 Today I’m still downhearted for Donovan…ah well…one of those little smacks in life. 🙄 It’s been one of those days.
When I gave the girls their bath they both decided to poop in the tub….ugh…it took FOREVER to clean them and the tub up. Yuck. Like I said…not my day. 🙄
