May 19, 2007 at 1:24 am #577499Update…
May 19, 2007 at 3:09 am #577500Really pretty…it makes me wanna try…but I would probably muck it up. I am gonna try fixing the little green hatcher first.
May 19, 2007 at 3:37 am #577501I like the way he’s turning out, TC. I’m usually no fan of rainbow paint jobs, but I’m liking this one.
May 19, 2007 at 3:44 am #577502Thanx guys… I am really liking the way he is coming out… at first I was afraid that he would be too… fairy ish… I donno… I guess there is only so much you can do with rainbow…
May 19, 2007 at 4:58 am #577503it looks like it is coming along really well, tc.
May 20, 2007 at 5:48 pm #577504Ok I think it’s done…
Anyone think I should add anything? What should I spray it with?
May 20, 2007 at 7:11 pm #577505i use the low odor krylon sprays i have matte and glossy,i use the glossy on most pieces, but for the pieces i do all mettalics i use the matt, lets be honest there shiny enough 😆 very nice dragon sigh,im still dragging my feet on the dragon im painting for my collection,i find them kinda tedious compared to the other pyos 😳
May 20, 2007 at 7:13 pm #577506Looking very good, TC. If you haven’t put the finish on yet, one suggestion: I would somehow enrich the colors, at least on the off side. Maybe it’s just the photo, but they look just a bit washed out to me. Giving them a second coat would smooth them out.

OMG! MOCHII!!!!!!! It’s soooo good! I was surprised when they said the word bean and was I like, beans? So, I tried it and had to bring the rest home. I wasn’t expecting it to be so sweet and delicious! 😀
Nice job so far TC!
Hehe… now I know where everyone has been getting the metallic paints (haven’t really had any commissions that dealt with it… yet). Was going to stop by the auto/model store 😛 theres model stores ❓ i got all my delta paints regular and metallics from ac moores and micheals,i also got some from walmart, the biggest problem with walmart though is they suck with keeping things in stock 😡

I could probably do another layer of colour to see if it brings it out a little more… Metallics are sometimes hard to work with because they are almost watery if you know what I mean…
May 20, 2007 at 7:44 pm #577509That’s true. Even some non-metallic ones are watery. I can tell you that cobalt blue needs at least four layers before it appears semi-smooth… 🙄 😆
May 20, 2007 at 11:33 pm #577510How’s this?
