That is really awesome! I bet your mom will LOVE it!! (I commisioned a small flap cat to be custom painted by a forum member for my mom when her cat died. She loved it. )

We’ve always had Siamese cats in our family, even before I was born. Recently, our oldest (19 yrs+), Puddin, had died. My mom is not recovering well from this and mourns terribly. We’ve all mourned losing animals in the past but this cat was very special to her. I cant seem to say or do anything right to help her which makes me feel badly.
So, I had wanted to get her a Large Bird Wing Siamese Flapper in general but the timing of this seems to be as perfect as it can be. So, on her BDay, Im going to give her the new Lg Siamese Flapper to help her out. It just arrived today and even I was stunned (tho I love cats anyway). I cant believe how big it is (I seem to say that a lot about Windstones; pictures just never do them enough justice). It was because of Dragoness that I am able to do this for my mom and I am forever grateful. I know she will love and cherish it and will put it next to Puddin’s urn.
Edited to add: that what makes it most special is that Puddin was a chocolate point siamese- just like the Windstone.
Oh how I wish I could see her face when you give the flapcat to her. Let me know what she says. 😀She LOATHES camera’s and even if I got a shot off, she would beat me with that very flap for putting in online! Teasing her with photos… yea. Flap to the head… not so much!
Just imagine one of those generic UTube geeky surprise faces (though Id venture to say my mom is more beautiful). Luuckily she isnt one to drop anything from surprise so I know it wont get broken. Still in all, maybe I’ll have her open it over the bed!

haha, oh man. That would hurt. I will just picture geeky surprise face then. Yeah, and it couldn’t hurt for her to open it over the bed. 😀
