I am a huge Jayne Ann Krentz fan and she sets a lot of her books in Washington so it makes me think of romance. Actually the newest Nora Robert’s The Search is set on Orcas Islands in the San Juan Islands. It really makes me want to visit there again.

As I said before, my future sister-in-law’s cat looks almost exactly like Fern. Down to the eye color. Heck, even the name’s the same. We both lol’d. Though her Fern has long hair (her tail’s so heavy from fluffy fur that she can’t hold it up, so it lies on her back like a squirrel tail).
