I voted pie…… Apple pie or pumpkin for breakfast, Gram’a D’s 2 crust lemon pie, Dad’s Swiss Chocolate Torte, Mum’s Chicken Pot pie. I include turnovers and pasties in the pie category; anything that gets wrapped in pie dough counts as pie in my book so you can have apple dumplings, beef, potato and parsnip pasties, quiche….. PIE!

Okay, before I vote, what is Cheesecake? Is it cake? or maybe pie? it’s technically a custard…sooo I don’t know. And what about marzipan? is that considered candy? I get all gooey over marzipan.

Oh for shame! where do u live? I will send you some! marzipan is a yummy almond paste that’s sweet and kinda grainy textured. There is nothing better on earth, unless it’s covered in chocolate!

This may be a dumb question….but do the marzipan fruits all taste the same or are they flavored according to shape?
Every piece I’ve ever had tastes the same, no matter what the fruit shape is. I suppose they could flavor it, but I’ve personally never had it that way.
I love chocolate. Oh so much. But, I have to say cheesecake is my favorite. Specificly my Grandmas cherry cheesecake. (I need to beg my Uncle for that recipe sometime. The problem is what would I do with a whole cheesecake….)
