So when do you think there will be enough for the dealers to order some. As much as I want these, I would like to support my local dealer (or at least Armik’s – I have a small coupon there from previous orders 🙂 ). As I have called around to stores, the biggest complaint I have heard is that ‘why should they (the dealers) sell windstones when people can just order direct from the factory’. Do I need to have the dealer call in and put in a “pre-order”? Do they have to get a forum name and click on the notify button like we do?

As soon as we have more! This was the first initial few. The painting process on these is a little different than on our other things so at the moment production is slow. If you have a favorite dealer you can let them know that we have introduced the kitties and order through them – please just tell them to call me, Susie (800) 982-4464, and that we apologize for not being able to announce it and for having very few to start. Your dealer will be happy that you want to purchase through them instead of us.
I don’t know if I like the whole glitter rainbow thing… All black or white, or tan like the fennec, yes. But these ones… I dunno.

Actually, I agree with that for a production version of the pebble cats. While people are on the forum are weird enough to squee for sparkly kitties, it is a little kitschy. >.>; A plain, glossy black or semi-gloss white would probably appeal to a wider audience, in stores.
I love the rainbow glitter! I’m so happy Melody made them. I only managed to get the Lady cat. Will have to wait for the fat cat to come back in stock. But hubby won’t let me have until X-mas! WAh!

This is why you should never give a reason for getting a Windstone. Don’t say, oh it’s for Christmas or my birthday; then “they” have a hold over you. No, if challenged when buying a Windstone, you say, I needed my fix. 🙂

Today I restocked the Fat & Lady black sparkle cats with 10 each – there will be more! I’m just not sure how soon. We keep working on them every day. And some are sneaking out to dealers – so check with your local dealer if you are lucky enough to have one.
Thanks for the heads up Susie :). Got my Lady Cat in the mail today and she’s absolutely lovely. Just ordered the Fat Cat to complete the set 🙂
