How interesting, poor guy 🙁 he has a split identity. part red fire part copper. A copper line might look neat, although right now he looks too close to a gold.
May 27, 2009 at 3:10 am #766191Pretty cool…Two Face. XD I keep my rubies out of the sun. Actually, my WE’s are in a North facing room. None of them get sun. 😀
May 27, 2009 at 4:58 am #766192That’s kinda neat – the faded color is rather pretty. None of my Windstones are in direct sunlight except for gargoyles and the Rock Dragons.
May 27, 2009 at 11:43 pm #766193WOW thats really neat, I actually really like the faded side, i think it looks really neat.. 🙂

May 28, 2009 at 2:43 am #766194That would be pretty hard on a rainbow or other color that had a strong red base, like a BVP or the peacocks. Some color would fade and others would not. It IS an interestinf color, but fading is rarely even, so it would probably turn splotchy on a dragon with mulitple colors. I’m going to leave the colors to Windstone!!!
May 28, 2009 at 7:30 am #766195I concur!
May 28, 2009 at 8:58 pm #766196I think it looks neat, too.

May 29, 2009 at 3:43 am #766198I like him! He reminds me a bit of the sunrise laps on e-bay just not quite so intense 🙂 I would have bought him!

Just curious what Melody said about this guy (if she’s had time to say anything, yet)?

My art: featherdust.comMay 29, 2009 at 2:30 pm #766200I LOVE this Gemini Dragon!! I’d LOVE to have it in memory of my mom since she was Gemini.
I think it looks GREAT. I wish it was a regular color too.
I wonder if it only faded on one side because it was displayed on that side and would be able to match it if displayed on the other side in the sun
I LOVE the faded goldish colorMay 29, 2009 at 4:42 pm #766201Jennifer wrote:Frozen,

I sent the pictures to Susie who forwarded the email to John and Melody, since I wasn’t sure who to send them to,
I’m not sure either one has had a chance to look at the email and discuss it.I did let them know if they want the dragon I would send it to them and gave Susie all the info on where I got it.
Just gotta wait for them to have a little time to look at it now..

May 30, 2009 at 10:54 pm #766203I grew up with 3 Gemini in the house!! It’s a wonder that this Cancer made it thru childhood!!
May 31, 2009 at 3:28 am #766204Uh, WOW, I now know *exactly* what I’m going to make my next Windstone purchase: a Red Fire lap dragon to put in the window! I have been wanting a coppery colored Lap for a long time, and that’s almost perfect! 🙂
frozendragon wrote:and wow.. when I turned him over found that he was actually a faded red fire.. I didn’t think they could fade that badly.. I will post pictures tomorrow.. and I will prolly send the pics to Melody’s email (or whoever needs to see them)
