April 30, 2007 at 6:44 pm #568348keep him away from my house. I have 4 or we could put them all in a glass room and watch his face explode

Hahaha! Hostile! Funny. I suppose if I got all itchy and swollen when I was around something I would feel a bit hostile towards it, too.
April 30, 2007 at 7:35 pm #568350Awww kitties! My husband was allergic to cats and he didn’t like them either. I have him trained well. My kitty likes to sleep on him at night and there is nothing he can do about it muhuhahaha!
May 1, 2007 at 3:44 am #568351I am more of a dog person, but those kitties are cute. They look like a happy family. What kind are your cats?

They are a very cute family. The father sleeps in the little alcove with them too. It’s adorable. They are sort of mutts, but I was told they are mostly Maine coon by the guy who gave them to me. They have very gorgeous dark markings.
May 1, 2007 at 6:13 am #568353very nice I LOVE kitties
May 1, 2007 at 11:11 pm #568354on a side note of my bf and cats, he is perfectly happy to let them live outdoors, but i personally think that is a little crewl in suburbs and cities.
May 2, 2007 at 12:09 am #568355I agree 🙂
May 2, 2007 at 2:10 am #568356I totally agree that is part of the reason mine are totally indoor 100% unless they sneak out if I do not close the door completely when I get home
May 2, 2007 at 11:57 am #568357Thats really strange you dont let your cats out? We would get in trouble over here for that. 😕 My cats come and go as they please they have a little cat flap in the door. They are always around if you want them though. Infact i take pebbles for walks in the woods, she just follows me everywhere 😀

The Germans really dont let their cats out either. Come to think of it, I have only seen a handful of cats running around in the last 6 years. I have seen ZERO stray dogs. They are serious about the care of pets over here.May 2, 2007 at 12:42 pm #568359This is how it should be Ski, loose cats decimate wild bird populations, not to mention them eliminating in childrens sand boxes. Cats are viewed as far to disposable it is estimated that fewer than 1% of kittens born remain with the people that first bring them home, thats disgusting. Please have your pets spayed and neutered if you are not breeding to improve a breed (dog or cat) you are taking homes from those in shelters. Please stay away from any pet shot that sells dogs and cats, and support those that help with rescues and shelters.

I agree with everything you said. I love the way they do things here. The common sense factor seems to be much higher here than anywhere else I have ever been.
